ENHANCE PERFORMANCE
Operate your Karumi AI demo platform directly from Claude (or any MCP-compatible client). Explore prospect demo sessions, manage audiences and journeys, and pull leads and analytics — all in natural language.
What it does:
Karumi is an AI-powered product demo platform for SaaS companies. This connector exposes your Karumi workspace to Claude so you can:
Explore demos and sessions — browse and filter prospect demo sessions, deep-dive any session with its full transcript, and run keyword or semantic search across all conversations.
Manage demo experiences — create and update audiences, edit reusable journeys and start pages, update an agent's system prompt, and add knowledge files.
Surface leads and insights — pull lead records and engagement analytics, review Q&A content, and generate summaries from real demo activity.
Access is scoped to the organization(s) your account belongs to.
Requirements:
A Karumi account (sign up / log in at https://app.karumi.ai).
An MCP-compatible client (e.g. Claude).
Setup
In Claude, open Settings → Connectors.
Select the Karumi connector (or, during testing, choose Add custom connector and enter the server URL
[https://mcp.karumi.ai]).Click Connect. You'll be redirected to Karumi's sign-in and consent screen.
Sign in to your Karumi account and approve access. You'll return to Claude with the connector enabled.
By default the connector acts on your current Karumi organization. If you belong to multiple organizations, reference the one you want by name in your request.
To disconnect, remove the connector in Claude's settings or revoke access in your Karumi account settings — this immediately stops all further access.
Authentication
The connector uses OAuth 2.0 (authorization-code flow over HTTPS) with explicit user consent. Your client never receives your Karumi password, and access tokens can be revoked at any time from your Karumi account settings.
Core concepts
Organization — the account that owns agents. Your connection has a current organization; users belonging to multiple orgs can act across them.
Agent — a demo project (the AI demo bot), identified by a project UUID. Discover agents by name.
Session — one prospect's conversation with an agent.
Audience — a shareable, customizable entry point to a demo, with its own URL. Use one per campaign or segment.
Journey — a reusable demo flow (walkthrough), referenced by name.
Start page — the visitor-facing landing page at an audience's URL.
Example prompts
"List my Karumi agents and show which ones are published."
"Show me yesterday's demo sessions for the [Agent] agent and summarize what prospects asked about."
"Search transcripts for mentions of 'pricing' over the last week."
"Create a new audience for our LinkedIn campaign on the [Agent] agent."
"Pull this week's leads and list their companies."
