Welcome to Karumi - The AI-Powered Demo Platform. Karumi provides AI agents that join video calls to deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and interactive sessions (hereinafter, "AI Demo Services"). By using or accessing Karumi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms of Service" or "Agreement") between you and Karumi. This Agreement governs your use of AI Demo Services and any related services and is a legal contract between you and Karumi. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, do not access or use the AI Demo Services.
Under these Karumi terms (this "Agreement"), Karumi ("we", "us" and/or "our") provides access to Karumi's cloud platform, which includes AI agent video call integration, demonstration automation, and related API's (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
If you are agreeing to this Agreement on behalf of a company, business, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to this Agreement, and in such case, the term "you" shall refer to such entity. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you must not accept this Agreement, and you may not use the Services.
IMPORTANT: PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO CAREFULLY REVIEW THE FOLLOWING MUTUAL ARBITRATION AGREEMENT, AS IT WILL REQUIRE YOU TO RESOLVE ANY DISPUTES WITH KARUMI ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS THROUGH FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION, THEREBY WAIVING YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS. BY ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT, YOU ARE EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGING THAT YOU HAVE READ AND COMPREHENDED ALL OF THE TERMS, AND HAVE CAREFULLY CONSIDERED THE CONSEQUENCES OF THIS IMPORTANT DECISION. IN ADDITION TO PROVISIONS ON INDEMNITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK, THIS AGREEMENT ALSO CONTAINS RELEASES AND LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY, ALL OF WHICH MAY SERVE TO LIMIT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND REMEDIES. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU CAREFULLY REVIEW THESE PROVISIONS AS WELL.
The AI Demo Services are intended for use by individuals who are 16 years of age or older. If you are under 16 years old, you must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian before using the AI Demo Services.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Service, Karumi grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, temporary license to use the AI Demo Services for the duration of your subscription. This license is solely for your personal or business use and is subject to the limitations and restrictions set forth in these Terms of Service.
The AI Demo Services enable AI agents to join video calls to deliver product demonstrations and presentations. You represent and warrant that you have the right to schedule and conduct such demonstrations and that your use of the Services does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights. By using the AI Demo Services, you grant Karumi the right to record and process video call data, including audio and video streams, solely for the purpose of providing you with the AI Demo Services and improving service quality.
Karumi may record and store video call sessions, demonstration content, and related data for the duration of your subscription and for a reasonable period thereafter. This data may be retained to comply with legal obligations, for backup and archival purposes, or to improve service quality. Karumi will not share or disclose your video call recordings or demonstration content to any third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide you with the AI Demo Services.
You agree to use the AI Demo Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and in a manner that does not infringe or violate the rights of any third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other proprietary rights. You may not use the AI Demo Services to create or distribute any content that is illegal, defamatory, abusive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable. You are responsible for ensuring that all participants in video calls are properly informed that an AI agent is conducting the demonstration.
Karumi takes reasonable measures to protect the security of your video call data, demonstration content, and personal data. However, you acknowledge and agree that no system or technology can be completely secure, and Karumi cannot guarantee the security of your data. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and any other sensitive information associated with your use of the AI Demo Services.
All AI Demo Services, including all software, algorithms, AI models, video call integration technology, and any other materials or content associated with the service, are the exclusive property of Karumi or its licensors. Karumi grants you no ownership or other interest in the AI Demo Services, except for the limited license to use the service as provided herein.
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Karumi with respect to your use of the AI Demo Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, between you and Karumi. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
